It is located on a spacious plot, which descends in a terraced manner from the road towards the sea. .Three accommodation units are connected by external entrances. Two are two-bedroom and are located on the first and second floors, while the one-bedroom apartment is on the ground floor. The interiors are well equipped with modern furniture. Each floor has beautiful terraces with a view of the sea. On one of the stone terraces, there is a swimming pool, while just a few steps down the stairs leads you to the sea with a swimming pool on the rocks, while the pebble beach is 20m away from the house.
