Holiday home Nada - Korcula - Prigradica

This house is perfect for holiday makers who want to come on the holiday and spend time together. House is in the first row above the sea and has direct access to its own beach including sea steps for personal use. There is parking space for 2 vehicles above the house. On the land we have 8 olive trees and herb gardens available for our tenants who wish to cook.

House has 108m2 and is designed with ample open spaces as there are no walls separating kitchen, diner, sitting area and corridors and stairs. It brings and invites all its residents to join if they wish or they can find a quiet corner somewhere on the plot just for themselves for that amazing read and time to themselves. House offers all modern cons, and it is very airy and unique. Parking space is  in the area above the house and then steps lead to the entrance and kitchen diner area to the front and bathroom to the side. Kitchen has all modern cons and quality appliances and a big table which can accommodate 6 people.  From the open space of kitchen diner three steps lead to an open sitting area which has corner leather 4 seater sofa and 2 sitters double sofa. There is a stereo, flat screen TV and wifi available for our guests. Double doors lead to the open 90 m2 terrace in front of the house with a pool to the left of the house. In addition, the terrace is partially covered for ones who seek protection from the sun. Stairs lead to the first floor which offers 2 double bedrooms and shower room, all with amazing views. 4 wooden loungers and comfortable outdoor sitting area and parasol for ease and convenience are all placed on the main terrace. There are also additional 2 terraces to the sides of the property. One hosts a big barbeque and sitting area, the other offers a view of the pool. Stairs lead from the main terrace to the barbecue area and then further down to two additional terraces and then to the beach. There are additional loungers on the lower terraces for convenience. Sea in front of the house is amazingly clean and you can see fish, crab and stones and pebbles. Although there are no private beaches in Croatia, due to the fact that to access beaches you need to go through property – our guests tend to use the sea that is in front of our house on an exclusive basis.

View looks amazingly different from any room or area on the plot, and the sound of crickets and water is guaranteed to relax everyone who comes to our little piece of paradise. In addition, the sea is visible from any part of the house. We love this house because of its unique flow and mixture of indoor and outdoor living which makes it perfect for the holiday rental. For convenience we also have outdoor shower, mosquito nets in bedrooms and 2 air conditioning units throughout the house.
