This newly constructed house is located in the bay of Gradina, 5 km away from Vela Luka. . The house consists of two identical apartments, located on the ground floor, mirrored architecture. In this way maintains the privacy of both units, and is ideal for two families with children. Each apartment has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is a possibility of additional persons on extra bed in a room with twin beds, and an additional person at an additional charge. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen connected with living room. Bathrooms are equipped with showers. In front of each apartment has a covered terrace with fireplace and outdoor seating. The house has a balcony on the first floor with outdoor seating, overlooking the sea, ideal for quiet relaxation in the summer evenings. The house has table tennis. Parking is available in the courtyard. On private beach that is only 15 meters from the apartment, there are deck chairs and umbrellas. The beach is partly paved, partly rocky, with sandy entrance to the sea, and is suitable for children and non-swimmers.It is possible to rent only 1 apartment.
