The house is secluded. It contains two bedrooms, a kitchen with a living room and a toilet with shower. It is powered by solar energy. Outside is a large terrace and a brick fireplace. It also contains 2 parking spaces.
Deep cove Žukova, is located 6 km away from Vela Luka, of which the back of the road is macadam. The bay faces the island of Hvar and is surrounded by a pine forest. In the bay there are a couple of cottages that in the past served as a safe haven in case of bad weather for fishermen.
